Being a previous client of ours when Capital designed and fitted out his Diary in Mansfield, he also consulted us regarding cheese maturation refrigeration for his project.
Joe Schnieder asked Capital to design and build a maturation system for him.
All went well and the project is up and running to Joe’s approval.
