Capital refrigeration are pleased to have supplied and installed a special AKE Charcuterie display case. The case is manufactured entirely of stainless steel was especially produced to excat measurements as requested from Sarah Bliney co owner of La Fromargerie. The unit is supplied fully illuminated with internal hanging rails and has a special low velocity air system for smoked and cured meats. The temperature is adjustable from +1 oC / +8 oC as required and is is fully automated. We wish La Fromagerie all success with their new addition to their store.

From Spain we import superb Pata Negra Iberico ham, Lomo, Pata Negra slicing Chorizo. From Italy we import Speck with rich smoky flavours from Alto Adige, ‘Cinta Sinese’ from Tuscany from the black foot pig, along with Guanciale ‘Cinta Sinese’, Manzo Marinati al Chianti, and San Marcel, Bresaola and Pancetta d’Arnad from Aosta’.
